We dont get away often for family vacations, (Work just doesnt permit it) but this trip has been a goal of ours for nearly 10 years. We are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary on July 11th.

Our kids are REALLY excited for this trip and are each recording it from their perspective on GoPro Hero5 black cameras. We will be doing a fair amount of video, live-streaming, and instagraming throughout.

Egg Scramble

Healthy Gluten & Dairy Free Egg Scramble

Ingredients

1tbps almond milkor milk of your choice
2 organic eggs
1cup organic spinach
1tsp fresh organic oregano
1-2 small all-ready made chicken sausage
3slices organic avocado

Directions:

Heat up sausages in oven. While the are reheating prepare the eggs and mixings.

Take a skillet and spray with cooking spray and place it on medium-high heat.

Place spinach and oregano in skillet and saute. When finished (spinach will have a wilted look) remove from skillet and place on a plate.

Whisk up the eggs and milk in a bowl.

Pour eggs into heated skillet and scramble. You may need to spray a little more cooking spray depending on the type of skillet you use.

Scramble.

Just before eggs are finished, place fixings back in with the eggs and heat up.

Place on dish. Take out the sausage and cut into strips. Also, cut the avocado into strips. Place sausage first followed by the avocado onto eggs.

Recipe for the gluten & toxic free eye make-up remover wipes:

Ingredients– Water, 1 tsp. coconut oil, 2 drops baby wash (baby mantra or other non-toxic brand), 2 drops essential oil, cotton pads, and a jar.

Steps– Fill a jar 3/4 full (we used a 4oz jar for easy traveling) then add all other ingredients. Give it a few shakes. Transfer the liquid into another container. Pour a little bit back into the first container and place 1/4 of the cotton pads in it. Repeat until the container is mostly full and the pads are wet.
